Excitment and Stress = A Hectic Julie

So this is my first blog, how exciting!! I feel as if I should explain why I am doing this. I want to be able to in some way document my whole college experience and for my friends and family at home to be able to in some way experience it with me. Also, I want to be able to look back and read these blogs one day and laugh about all the silly things I did and thought.
So as for the title of my blog. I feel as if I have no clue whatsoever about college and here I'm just gonna let everything on the inside out. Which comes around to the title of this blog. Excitment and stress. Right now I'm super excited for college. I can not wait to start. I feel as if the excitement may explode out of me at any moment now. It's like a ticking time bomb. But the stress. OH MY. Trying to get everything packed and ready to go. Plus, I was able to look online at my syllabus for my English class. Let's just say I am already overwhelmed. I have never written a research paper in my life and I get to write two research papers in this class and the topics I have not one clue on how to write about. Plus, I'm attempting to get everything packed which isn't going as well as it could be but I've bought pretty much everything I need! It's making my life super hectic because I have all these appointments, and surgery, and people to hang out with, and things to do, it's making my life feel hectic to me. But...to say the least I'm more excited then you can imagine...all this stress and things to do (most of which, I'll admit are fun because it involves shopping) it'll be soooo worth it in the end.
A man who has never gone to school may steal from a freight car; but if he has a university education, he may steal the whole railroad. ~Theodore Roosevelt
